🌍 Disaster Preparedness - Next Meeting

The date of the next Disaster Preparedness Meeting has been changed to June 17th at 10:00 a.m. in the Klickitat Room at the Activity Center.  

👷🏻 Building 7 Ongoing Work

Please use caution in and around building 7.  Work is still proceeding on sidewalk repair for safety reasons.

📜 Shred Day June 6th 9:00 a.m. to Noon ✂️

SnowCap’s truck will be in the parking lot next to the tennis courts.  All cars will enter from NE Thompson Street and exit toward 150th Avenue.  SnowCap workers will come to your car and get your paper to be shredded.  Paper can be stapled, but please no binder clips or paper clips.  Suggested donation is $5 per bag or box or 5 cans of food.  

🏘️ Special Assessment Due By June 30th

This is a reminder that our $300 special assessment is due in full by 6/30/2026.  This special assessment is a critical part of funding the 4 roof replacements in this year’s budget.  For those who haven’t yet paid, an invoice will be delivered in the next few days. 
 

🎇 4th of July Decorating Contest 🧨

  • Judging Period – Judging will take place between July 1 and July 3
  • Eligibility: All residents are encouraged to participate.  We will be looking at front yards, porches, condo patios and balconies.
  • Winners announced: We’ll crown the champions during the 4th of July celebration.
