🏠Moss Removal Begins Tomorrow🏤
Contractors will be here on Tuesday, May 19 to work on removing moss from all roofs, including garage roofs. It is recommended that you keep all windows closed to avoid any potential reactions to the chemicals just for the day. The Contractors will probably start between 8 and 9am.
🫙Open Board Position Has Been Filled🫙
The HOA Board has appointed Bob Dragoon by unanimous vote to the open Board position. Bob has been instrumental in two important projects in recent years; building a resolution on Electric Vehicles and heading up our work on Water Efficiency. Bob’s positive approach to issues and his skills as a project manager will be a wonderful asset to the Board as we continue to build a Board and an organizational structure that we are all proud to have here at Glenwood.

If you’ve attended any of the recent Disaster Preparedness Meetings, you’ll know that these sessions are full of practical information and doable steps for preparing for a disaster. The Disaster Preparedness Committee is hard at work identifying resources we need as individuals and as a community to minimize the impact to our lives. Please plan to attend the Committee’s next meeting on Wednesday, June 10 at 10am in the Clubhouse meeting rooms.

Our 2 new Resolutions were delivered to each homeowners’ door this past Friday. Please take the time to read the new Board Meeting Code of Conduct resolution and the new Harassment and Intimidation Policy resolution to familiarize yourself with these guidelines. The packet should be filed in your white binder.
