🏩 Gutter Cleaning Starts May 11 🏠
The start date for Spring Gutter Cleaning has been moved to May 11. Please take the necessary precautions to protect items on your patio or balcony. The work will start on Monday morning, May 11th. It could take as long as a week to 10 days to clean all the gutters. We have no other specifics regarding this project.
🏡 Invoices Will Be Emailed to Gardeners 🌻
The Board has set the rate for gardeners this year at $30 for a small plot, and $45 for a large plot. Monitors have been attached to the garden hoses to measure the amount of water that is being used by gardeners. This will help us to set rates, in the future, based on actual data. If you are a gardener, please look for an invoice in your email soon.

🚨Emergency Preparedness Committee 🚨
If you missed the meeting last week, the Emergency Preparedness Committee gave a wonderful presentation packed with useful information on how we prepare our own households and our Glenwood Place community in the event of an earthquake or other emergency event. Our chairs, Lori Pesavento and Kelsie Marea have good experience with community organizing and also very specific experience with preparing folks for earthquake events. We are working on updates to our Emergency Preparedness Website page so that this important information can be available to everyone. Look for a link soon!
