Vendor Relationships
Residents are strongly reminded NOT to interact with vendors. The interruptions can cause vendors to lose focus with their work and possibly get hurt. They are not here to be confronted with unsolicited orders or to be berated. If you have concerns, please advise the Board through the AVR process. A specific board member is assigned to manage each vendor and that person alone should be the only one interacting with the vendor. This is for budget concerns and to protect relationships with vendors.
Bugs Buddy came through last week to place ant bait. He completed the whole Glenwood community because the weather permitted. He has used chemicals that are pet friendly for over 15 years.
The HOA addresses issues outside. Individual homeowners address issues on the inside.

Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Fire Extinguisher Inspection will be on Tuesday, March 10th. They will enter the buildings, but they do not need to enter units.
