🅿️🅿️Parking Stickers and More🅿️🅿️
We are in the process of updating resident information to include the mailbox numbers, number of pets and placing parking stickers on residents’ vehicles. Building reps will contact residents when they should be available for this quick process. In order to be prepared, please make a note of your mailbox number, which includes a letter and number, for example H14.
🏠🏡Roof Replacement and Gutters🏡🏠
- Roofing material for building #11 will be delivered on April 3rd. Parking restrictions will be discussed with residents.
- Roofing for building #11 will begin April 6th, weather permitting. Again, parking restrictions will be discussed with residents.
- Gutter cleaning starts on April 27th. Please check decks and patios and push planters and furniture back out of the way.
🐜🐀Other Projects Afoot🌲🌲
Pest Control: This Friday, April 3, Landscape will be working with our new Pest Control vendor Bug Zapper to address rat issues in specific areas.
Tree Maintenance: The arborist will be performing the seasonal spraying of the birch trees.
Drainage: Sierra will be working on the east side of Building 20 to resolve an ongoing drainage issue.
We are actively addressing property concerns and prioritizing the most critical issues first.
🚽🚿Water Usage💦🚽
We’ve just received the Quarter 1 water invoices for the billing period 12/17/25 – 3/17/26. The water usage figures indicated a 20% reduction in water usage from the same billing period last year.
