Although the shingles have been delivered for Building 15, Sawtooth Roofing has experienced a delay with another project and will need to postpone starting the job until next week.
Moss Control Project is Underway
Sidewalks are being treated for moss in order to get us safely through the season. Please note that moss control on patios and decks is the responsibility of the owner.

This is the time of year when neighbors can expect to see various contractors around the area working to complete multiple projects. We want to emphasize again that each of these contractors are managed by a Board member, and other than a friendly wave and smile, only the Board member should be interacting with them. Any concerns you have should be submitted through an AVR and you will get a response from the Board member.
