What’s Happening February 16th

🙏🏼🙏🏻 Thanks to the Glenwood Place Community 🙏🙏🏾

We received an offer from Sawtooth Roofing to do the 4 roofs for 2026 at 2025 prices if we could make a 50% down payment before February 27.  We put out a special invite to the community to help us reach this goal by paying special assessments now and possibly paying ahead on HOA fees.  We had an overwhelming response and will be delivering the 50% down payment in the amount of $121,000 this week.  We are very grateful for the wonderful community response and we will all benefit from the efforts of homeowners to help.  If Sawtooth’s 2026 pricing were even 10% higher than 2025, we saved $24,000 because of the community’s response.

Glenwood Place and Summerplace Are Different Entities

Here’s a reminder that the Summerplace Office does not handle Glenwood Place concerns and vice versa.  Please don’t call or contact the Summerplace Office about any concerns that relate only to Glenwood Place – such as financial questions, maintenance or landscape concerns.

🗑️Vendors Can't Use Glenwood Recycling or Trash Bins🚮

Please be aware that any vendors you hire to do projects must dispose of their project waste outside of Glenwood Place.  Our Recycling and Trash facilities are for homeowner use only.  Please let your vendors know this upfront when you’re having work done.
