What’s Happening December 18

Important Safety Updates

  • Residents, visitors and contractors need to keep their vehicles locked at all times.

We’ve had yet another incident this week of items stolen from an unlocked car

  • Please be a good neighbor and bring deliveries inside when you see them on porches.

Let’s have zero package thefts at Glenwood Place this season

  • Make sure that garage doors are completely shut before driving away.

A Board member discovered an open garage this week with no car in it and no owner present.

Many of us have experienced the shock of realizing we left the garage door open.  Let’s be extra mindful especially right now.

Look For Waste Bins That Are Not Full

Due to the holiday and extra trash and cardboard from gifts, could you please use other trash bins and dumpsters and not overload dumpsters and trash bins.  This practice helps to keep our neighborhood looking better during this and every season and is actually helpful to the Waste Management staff in the use of their equipment.

Disaster Preparedness Meeting Rescheduled

We are rescheduling our January 7 Disaster Preparedness meeting due to a scheduling conflict with Summer Place clubhouse. Watch for the new date this Spring (April 2026).
