Fireplace Cleaning
Once again Glenwood is being offered a discount rate for fireplace cleaning. We need at least 8 units to email and schedule a cleaning at the summer discount rate of $129.00 (regular rate $199.00). If you are interested, please email:

Dates available – 8/7, 8/8, 8/14 & 8/15. Saturday, 8/9 may be an option if a weekday will not work for you. Please include your last name, building #, unit # and date preference.
Deck Inspections
We are paying $8,000 to repair a deck where the membrane was broken and other damage resulted from too much weight and overuse. Deck membranes are VERY expensive. For this reason, a new round of deck inspections is coming soon and recommendations to correct problem situations will follow.
