These documents were also attached to an email blast sent out today, January 28.
The Master Policy and Umbrella Policy on the website Insurance page will be updated for 2026 once we receive the new documents from our Insurance company. The policy renews tomorrow, January 29.
🏠Getting Our 4 Roofs Done in 2026 at 2025 Prices 🏡
Our vendors Sawtooth Roofing have made us an offer that we feel like we shouldn’t refuse. If we can come up with 50% down for all 4 roofs before February 27, they will do all 4 roofs for prices they quoted us in 2025. This means we would need to amass $121,000 by 2/27. We can see clearly where we can amass about $105,000 of this amount by postponing all other high-cost projects until March or later. This leaves us to figure out where to get the other $16,000. For those of you who are fortunate enough to have financial flexibility, we invite you to consider paying your $300 special assessment now if you haven’t already done so. Or you could decide to pay ahead on your HOA monthly fees. Even if Sawtooth tells us that 2026 prices would add only 10% to last year’s prices, we would be saving $24,000 on this project.
