Portland Water Efficiency Will Be Here     🚿

Jeff Sandberg of the Portland Water Efficiency Program will be here just before the Glenwood Place Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 20.  From 6 to 7 p.m. Jeff will answer your questions, provide information and distribute materials.  If you want to learn how to help reduce our water usage, this session is for you.

The Glenwood Annual Meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Summerplace Ballroom.  During the meeting, we will hear what has been accomplished this year and what work we will focus on in the new year.  The 2026 budget will be presented in detail with rationale for changes to our monthly and special fees.  We will also be voting to fill the open Board position.  Remember to submit your proxy vote if you will not be attending the annual meeting.

Security Concerns Are Afoot     🦹

Again, we see a growing number of encampments in our area which always bring associated issues such as garbage, break-ins and other disturbances.  Please report encampments, either by calling 311 or logging in to pdxreporter.org to provide location and other details.  The Community Safety page on our website provides contact information for a variety of safety concerns.  Community Safety – Glenwood Place Condominiums

Prepare For Winter     ⛄

Please finish your winter preparations by doing the following:

  • Remove propane talks from your patio or deck.
  • Remove plant pots which are not being used.
  • Turn your deck and patio lights on at night.  This will reduce crime on our property.
  • Store your patio items in your garage to discourage thieves.
  • Secure and organize what’s left on your deck by moving it to where it won’t be disturbed by our bi-annual gutter cleaning (which will be happening soon).
  • Remember that the disposal of unwanted pots is your responsibility.  Do not place them in the recycle area!
