If a package by FEDEX has been delivered to the wrong place, call Customer Service at: 1 (800) 463-3339. They request a follow-up email for documentation.
1. Email to: fedexassist@fedex.com
2. Put your tracking number in the subject line (it is on the label but if you threw away the packaging you can find it in an email they sent to alert you of a delivery.
3. In the body of the email, write your complaint that your package was not delivered at your unit, and left in another area of the community
