The Glenwood Place Condominiums were built in stages from 1983 to 1988. The complex comprises 21 two-story buildings containing a total of 144 units, ranging in size from 766 sq. ft. to 1336 sq. ft., with various floor plans from 1 bed/1 bath to 2 bed/2 bath.
Entrances to each building are secured at all times and shared by two to six units, with each unit also having its own secured front door inside the building. Each condo has a deck or a patio, and its own garage. Additional parking is available for guests.
The common areas provide a lovely and serene atmosphere with grass, trees, and flowering or colored shrubbery, all of which is well maintained.
Glenwood is operated by an HOA managed by an elected five-member volunteer Board of Directors. Building maintenance, landscaping, garbage, water and building insurance are funded through the HOA and paid for by the owners’ monthly dues. All Unit owners are members of both the Glenwood HOA and the Summerplace HOA and, through membership of the Summerplace HOA, gain access to all the facilities and activities available to Summerplace residents.
Glenwood Place Condominiums are a friendly and pleasant place to live, and there are many activities and amenities available at the Summerplace clubhouse area.
